Whether you’re an experienced pro looking to give back, or someone navigating your next big step, the AAF DC Mentorship Program is here to connect you with the support and inspiration you need.
This fall, we’re bringing together creative minds across DC, Maryland, and Virginia for a mentorship experience designed to grow careers, build community, and spark powerful conversations.

Who Should Apply?
MENTORS:
You’re a seasoned creative, strategist, or marketing professional. You believe in the power of giving back and are ready to help someone else level up while expanding your own network.
Mentees:
You’re curious, motivated, and looking to learn. Whether you’re just starting out or shifting gears mid-career, this program offers guidance, encouragement, and a supportive creative community.
What to Expect
Monthly 1-on-1 check-ins with your match (you choose the cadence!)
Group learning sessions with other participants (3 virtual + 1 in-person celebration)
A strong culture of support, confidentiality, and accountability

Program Commitments
To make this a great experience for everyone, we ask that you:
Be an active member of AAF DC or Ad 2 DC
Commit to the full program (Oct–Dec 2025)
Attend 3 virtual group sessions (Oct 7, Oct 21, Nov 18) and 1 in-person celebration (Dec TBD)
Schedule 1+ check-in each month with your match
Be responsive, prepared, and respectful
